I was surprised to be told the inspection window was between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., which is unusually long and quite disruptive. In my years of renting, real estate agencies have always provided a reasonable window—usually about an hour. However, Shing Choo was very considerate; he sent an SMS when he was 30 minutes away and was respectful and tactful in asking permission to enter the property and take photos.
