Born and raised in India, Monty worked in a variety of general management and supervisory roles and gained qualifications in Hospitality and Business Management. After moving to Australia, Monty decided on a career change and joined the Real Estate Industry as a buyers agent. Committed to providing a personalised customer service experience to his clients, Monty decided to become an assistant Property Manager and moved his way up to a Property Manager role.

Dedicated to being the best Property Manager he can be, Monty is enthusiastic to learn and revels in the opportunity to participate in further training whenever he can so that he can develop his skills to benefit his Clients.

Monty loves that his role at Areal allows him a new challenge everyday and that no two days are the same. Monty enjoys problem solving, liaising with people and working amongst a highly experienced team who are always willing to help.

Monty is passionate about community and cultural importance and helping others in need. Monty is an easy going individual with a strong work ethic who is always willing to go above and beyond.

Family is very important to Monty so during his spare time, Monty enjoys spending time with his family, watching movies and crime dramas.
